After School Drop-In Center Summer hours begin June 7th
The dmZ drop-in center is open Monday through Friday from 3-6 p.m. on school days and 1-6 p.m. when school is closed, on snow days, and during the summer. The Student Ministries Director oversees the center, while using volunteers from area churches to staff the facility.

The Word at the Z
The Word at the Z is a Bible study held at the dmZ after drop-in hours on Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m. with a light dinner served with snacks as well during school days, and 5 p.m. when school is closed and during the summer.

What is the dmZ?
The vision for the dmZ (standing for "demilitarized zone") is for it to become a refuge for teens where they can find safety, fun, recreation, tutoring, mentoring, fellowship, and encouragement, with many opportunities for positive interaction with other teens.
The center contains:
- Guitar Hero 2 on Big Screen
- Dance Dance Revolution w/ Pads on Big Screen TV
- Two 8’ grade Pool tables
- Ping-Pong table
- 8’ commerical grade Air Hockey
- Dome Hockey
- 2 XBOX's w/ a wide assortment of games
- Two PlayStation 2s w/ a wide assortment of games
- Four Computers w/ Internet accessibility
- Large screen television with cable, DVD, and VCR
- High quality, near state-of-the-art sound system.
Only Christian and teen appropriate music, videos, and TV programming is allowed.
There is a limited menu of snacks and drinks available.
